Can I collect my order from Berwick Decorating Center?

Yes, you can send you order via email and collect it from the Berwick Decorating Center Store. Once we have confirmed you order you can use your card to make a payment over the phone.

Can you deliver my order for me?

We can deliver within Berwick for free & for a small fee in the surrounding area. Please contact us for more details.

Can I return an item to you?

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however should you wish to return anything, we will be happy to refund a product within 30 days, provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition (Please read the Returns Policy as certain items are un-returnable). Simply take your order or item into our shop with your original invoice/receipt and staff will be happy to help.

Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, you can call us on 01289 385194 during our opening hours, which can be found on the 'Visit Us' page. You can then use your card to make a payment over the phone.

Is it possible to order in a item for me?
